As a design engineering intern at Tomorrow Lab, I engaged in various stages of product development, including early architecture, form factor, prototyping, manufacturing. I worked with clients to optimize product design while communicating design requirements with overseas vendors and manufacturers.

Mushroom Lamp
Designed and modeled a lamp shade in the shape of a mushroom. Printed using a Bambu P1S.
Challenges: Avoiding the vertical print line that often happens when printing cylindrical, spherical, or conical shapes. To combat this, I experimented with print settings, using vase mode to ensure continuous print layers.
