I drove daily root-cause analysis for mechanical and electromechanical failures, condensing the production timeline while validating new designs. I also led feature ideation to manufacturing of brewing and tamping mechanisms, and eliminated grounds wastage within chassis of the unit. Additionally, I developed control parameters of brew-cycles to meet 100% of KPIs, implemented in next-gen of Ninja Espresso. To test and validate, I built test fixtures rated to validate brewing mechanism components (e.g., leak rate, deformation, cycle life).

Focusing on users, I designed experiments to investigate the design of the grinder, boiler, pump, and electromechanical sub-components for optimal acoustic levels to improve user experience. Worked with consumers and coffee connoisseurs to improve taste and quality of brews through improved brewing mechanisms and design.
